We’re a very small team, growing fast, rebuilding as we go. Everyone here plays an active role. There are no sidelines or spectators. We are looking for strong, well-developed character over experience. We can and will teach the skills that are required to service fireplaces and understand operations. We install and service fireplaces, stoves, and outdoor living products. The work is physical, and requires skill, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability. You will work independently, in customers' homes, representing a company built on quality and trust. You'll climb ladders, work in crawlspaces, lift heavy, and solve problems. We'll train you on the technical side of the trade (troubleshooting and maintenance), and you'll be held to a high standard for craftsmanship and safety. If you take pride in your work, want to learn new things, and like being part of growing something we are proud of, you’ll fit right in! Apply! No prior fireplace experience needed. Just mechanical ability and willingness to learn. For those whose skill and leadership develop, there's potential to grow into a lead technician, field trainer, or project coordinator position. Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri. Occasional Saturdays in peak season (winter). Some overtime required during peak season. We share the wins and the losses. We sell, service, and install fireplaces, stoves, and grills. We need someone who can learn fast, think critically, and wants to take on ownership over this position. This is not an entry-level office job. It is a fast-paced and technical environment where details matter and standards are high. You'll be challenged by pace, volume, and the complexity of what we do. You'll handle: - Scheduling installs, service calls, and return visits -Tracking parts, creating POs, and staging jobs -Communicating with customers and vendors -Managing quotes, invoices, and follow-ups -Updating CRM & Slack with accurate job details -Reviewing A/R progress and vendor bills - Keeping inventory stocked and organized - Identify gaps, fix problems, contribute ideas to how we can improve our work What You'll Bring: - Curiosity & GRIT, you naturally want to understand how things work - Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, without losing accuracy - Willing/able to learn technical details - Comfortable with customers and tradesmen

We need someone dependable who can answer questions for the customer because they understand what we do, as well as why and how we do it. You’ll be the first face people see while the rest of the team is out in the field or working on quotes/operations. The role mixes customer service, admin work, and hands-on learning. You'll learn enough about our products and installs to speak confidently and support customers and our field team. You'll keep communication with customers, making sure that they are promptly updated when changes are made. You'll ensure their orders are accurate, and help educated/direct customers who walk through the door. You’ll learn our systems, handle payments, and keep the showroom ready, clean, and keep pricing up to date. It’s detailed work... no two days are the same. What You'll DO: - Answer phones, return messages, greet customers - Process payments, receipts, and orders in Square - Learn product and communicate with customers and service technicians - Upload bills, receipts, and timecards to our accounting system - Restock and organize showroom displays/signage - Close and open the store - Handle scheduling support and customer updates as needed - Mail thank you cards, file paperwork, and run errands What you'll BRING: - Reliable attendance and ownership over your work - Friendly, confident communication - Attention to detail and accuracy with payments, messages, and scheduling - Willingness to learn new systems and technical product information - Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment For the right person, this can grow into a full-time or coordinator role.
